The scenario
Picture a maintenance company whose technicians complete paper checklists on site, then re-type them at the office. Sites often have no signal, and reports reach clients days late.
Project objectives
- Replace paper checklists with configurable digital forms
- Work fully offline and sync safely when connectivity returns
- Produce a branded PDF report for the client on completion
