1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Kyt Systems, a South African software development business owned by Daryl N. Mackyta. By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Website content

Content on this website is provided for general information about Kyt Systems and its services. It is not an offer, quotation or guarantee of any particular result. Services, scope, timelines and pricing are only binding when agreed in a separate written proposal or contract.

Projects labelled Concept project are illustrative examples created by Kyt Systems. They are not client engagements and do not represent results achieved for any client. Products labelled In development are our own products that are still being built, so their features may change before release.

3. Enquiries

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract or obligation for either party. We aim to respond to all genuine enquiries but may decline any request at our discretion. Information you submit is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the website for any unlawful purpose or to send spam or malicious content;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or related systems;
  • interfere with the website’s operation, including through automated or excessive requests; or
  • submit false information or impersonate another person.

5. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the website’s design, text, graphics, logo and code are owned by or licensed to Kyt Systems. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business purposes, but you may not copy, modify or reuse the content commercially without written permission. Third-party names mentioned on the website (for example, technology names) belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The website is provided “as is”. While we try to keep it accurate and available, we do not guarantee that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or free of harmful components.

To the extent permitted by law, including the Consumer Protection Act where it applies, Kyt Systems is not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any dispute will be dealt with by the South African courts.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms at any time by posting a new version on this page. Questions about these terms can be sent to info@kytsystems.co.za or via our contact page.
